Juniors Under 18s Training

In the event of a Home Match, please note that training times may be ammended. Over the course of the seaosn we estimate that the under 12's, 14's, 16's and 18's will recieve slightly over 1 hour a week of training on a Thursday evening.

Please also note that that additional training is available every Monday at the tong school pool. We expect all members to have an attendence record of at lest 95%.
